Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Trains overhead press. You'll need a dumbbells. We use it as an accessory rather than a main lift.

This one needs almost nothing — dumbbells, a bench, or just the floor. It's part of the set we fall back to so that any gym can still get a complete plan.
How to do it
Neutral or slightly angled grip is kinder on the shoulders than dead-flat.
Watch the form ↗That's a search, not a fixed video — deliberately. A pinned clip can be deleted or turn out to be a bad demonstration, and you'd only find out mid-workout.
